Priceless...

Two overnight envelopes to the FBI...........................$36.60
One money order for the FBI.....................................$36.00
plus tax......................................................................$  1.10
Two sets of fingerprints from Washington State Patrol$26.00
Total.................................................................        $99.70

Three Sunday's ago, we announced at church(via Alea's Big Sister Shirt) that we were adopting again.  A precious lady that attends with us looked at me and said, "I can't adopt, but I can help those who can."  She ran off and came back and handed me a $100 bill.  Her precious heart for the orphan is so beautiful!!  That's exactly God's heart.  Not all of us can adopt, but we can all be involved in some form or manner.  Some go, so help through prayer, some help monetarily.  But we all get to watch and be a part of  the beautiful harvest of one more forever family for one more orphan.  Priceless!!!

What a precious blessing this lady was to me, in so very many ways.  I was terrified that people would think we are crazy, and was minute by minute trying to give my fear to the Lord.  If I'm going to be crazy, I might as well do it while walking in obedience to what God is saying.  It was a priceless gift of encouragement to me.

Then, when I went to send off our documents to the FBI for our national background checks, all of the money totaled $99.70.  I just started laughing!!  We didn't even have $100 to start with for this adoption, and God knew that.  He also knew that I HAD to get our background checks done ASAP for our homestudy to be finished, and that it could take a while.  I needed it done that week.  He said that He would provided every penny, and He sure did!!  With $.30 cents to spare!!  I think God has a sense of humor.  He knew that $.30 cents would make me laugh and bless me, and speak to me in a way that I would recognize as Him:O)

I'm so thankful for all He has done and is going to do for us!!  With open hands, once again, I give it all to Him.  I can't make it happen.  But He can, and He will because He said He will.  All to His Glory!!

2Cor 4:5-7
For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake.  For God, who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.  But we have this Treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from Us.

Priceless...

Thank you all so very much for your prayers!
